How to load balance with Payoneer – Sweept

Go to app.sweept.ai

1. Under ORDERS menu, click "Balances"

In order to load balance with Payoneer, go to your Balances page - it's under Orders on Sweept menu.

2. Choose what currency to load

Make sure that you have chosen the correct currency for the load.

3. Click "+ Add Balance"

After that, click "add balance" button on the right

4. Fill the amount to load

In the pop up window which will appear, type the amount you want to load.

5. Select the load mode (Payoneer)

Next select "Payoneer"

6. Choose payer currency

In case your Payoneer has more than one currency, make sure to choose the right one for this load (currency conversion fees might apply).

7. Click "next"

Proceed by selecting "next".

8. Click "+" to add & save a payoneer account to load from

If it's your first time or the Payoneer account which you want to use now is not linked to Yaballe yet, click on the "plus" button to a Payoneer account. It will then be saved for next time.

9. Type the name for the account you want to add

Type the nickname for the Payoneer account your are going to add. This name is for your convenience only.

11. Click "Next"

Proceed by clicking on "Next".

12. Login to your Payoneer

The system will automatically take you to Payoneer login page. Enter your Payoneer login details an login.

13. Fill your two-step verification code

Payoneer will send a verification code to your Payoneer mobile phone number. Enter the code and click "Submit".

14. Click "AGREE"

Click "AGREE" to continue. "Sweept" is a product of Yaballe company.

15. Click "OK"

Confirm by clicking "OK".

16. To proceed to load, Click "+ Add Balance"

Now click on "Add Balance" again to proceed with the load.

17. Fill all the details

Fill in the amount, Payoneer mode, payer currency and from which Payoneer account to load, then click "Next".

18. Click "Yes"

Confirm by clicking "Yes". The load should appear on your Sweept Balance page within seconds. If you don't see it, contact our support for help.
